Relam won ‘Best Property Management Team in the UAE’ in 2016 and 2017. We've led safety initiatives across Abu Dhabi, including fire blanket distribution, 950+ Hassantuk alarms, and child safety window locks in high-rise buildings.
Since 2007, Relaam has managed over 2,000 properties for the Department of Finance (DOF), formerly the Khalifa Committee under the Department of Social Services and Commercial Buildings. These assets form a major part of our portfolio.
New Certification Standards: In partnership with ADDC, Relaam focused on reducing inefficient power use. Our technicians completed PV pilot training and certification through the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC).
