Lease Renewal Service makes renewing your lease simple, fast, and stress-free, all done from the comfort of your home.
Here's how it works:
Log Your Request
Log your Lease Renewal request by calling our call center at 600 52 33 21, please provide the property & unit no. in order to process your request.
Request Review
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and details and break down of your payment against the lease will be shared with you, please make sure the cheques are ready within 2 working days.
Service Fee
Pay the Lease Renewal fee online through the portal or the Application.
Courier Collection at Your Doorstep
A courier partner will contact you to schedule an appointment at your convenience to collect your cheques and required documents directly from your home.
Request Processing
Once we receive your documents and cheques (subject to review and validation), your Lease Renewal Request will be processed within 3 working days.
Required Documents
In addition to the rent and fees cheques please enclose the documents below:
For Individuals:
- Valid EID copy of the main tenant
- Valid EID copies of the occupants
For Companies:
- Valid Trade License Copy
- Valid EID copy of the License Owner
- Valid EID copy of the Authorized Signatory
- Valid copy of Power of Attorney copy
