Smart Hub by Abu Dhabi Municipality is an innovative platform that gives you round-the-clock access to your Tawtheeq account.
You can login at smarthub.adm.gov.ae/login using your UAE PASS account, or follow the steps below to register for an account.

UAE PASS kiosks are available throughout the UAE. You can also visit our Head Office, ICAD or Al Ain branch and use one of our Smart Kiosks to complete your UAE PASS registration.
LOGIN AND ENJOY THE BENEFITS
Once you have registered for UAE PASS, simply visit the Smart Hub website and login with your UAE PASS account.
To meet Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) requirements, all tenants are required to create a Smart Hub account as a mandatory requirement to issue tawtheeq contract.
