Our Cheque Replacement service allows you to replace cheques efficiently when needed, subject to approval, all done from the comfort of your home.
Here's how it works:
Log Your Request
Log your Cheque Replacement request by calling our call center at 600 52 33 21.
Required information
- Building & Unit No
- Cheque No & Cheque date
Request Review & Approval
Once you submit your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.
Service Fee
Upon approval, pay the Cheque Replacement fee online through the portal or the Application.
Request Processing
Once the Cheque Replacement fee payment receipt is confirmed, your request will be processed within 1 working days.
Pay Cheque Amount
Pay the cheque amount online. Original cheque will be marked as discarded/void.
