- Please note that this is only applicable to properties where maintenance services are managed by Relaam. Leasing requests include rent reductions, Tawtheeq and more.

How to Register?

If you are already registered for the RELAAM Tenant Portal, you can use your existing login details. Otherwise, please follow these steps:

1. Download the Relaam app and tap on 'Sign Up'

2. Search for your building code or area name (e.g. B/422 or Al Zahiyah)

3. Enter your registered email address with Relaam, then set a password

4. Enter your personal details, including your registration code and apartment number*

1. Tap on Maintenance, then tap the plus icon on bottom-right corner

2. Choose the Category and add a description

3. Tap Submit Request

4. Optional: Add location details, property access details, photos, or a voice memo

5. Track your request by tapping the menu, then selecting Maintenance and Maintenance History

2. From here, you can also manage your email and push notification preferences (Subscribe/Unsubscribe)
